Those memories stick with the older generation in this country and when Big Boy started to downsize, millions of loyal fans were left without their taste of heaven. The fast casual restaurant became popular several years ago when it was discovered that people would be willing to pay a slightly higher price for much better quality items. Restaurants like Five Guys, Chipotle, Moes and SmashBurger emerged and thrived in this new restaurant economy. Here is how it works:
- Come to the counter and be greeted by one of our highly trained staff members.
- Choose your meat, bun, veggies, cheese etc.
- Add fries, sides, ice cream, shakes or whatever your heart desires.
- Your food will be made to order.
- Sit down and enjoy your meal with friends.
- It’s that simple and delicious!
These new prototype stores are available now and we are looking for amazingly talented people to run them. If you are willing to commit to us, we are 100% willing to return the favor. Our Franchisee Training Program is second to none in the restaurant industry and we are looking to hit new peaks with Big Boy’s Burgers and Shakes. California and the Midwest is not enough, we want to stretch from sea to shining sea!
